2023 Sangiovese....Coming soon

Get ready to treat yourself to a premium experience without breaking the bank! Our 2023 Sangiovese wine is coming soon, offering a deliciously upscale taste at an affordable price. 

Our 2023 Sangiovese grapes were grown in Placerville, in the El Dorado AVA.  Grown with minimal intervention at Fenton Herriott Vineyards by founder Guy Herriott, the grapes benefit from the high elevation of the mountain growing area. Warm summer days give way to nights cooled by the elevation of the vineyard.   Wine grapes are grown on approximately 5 acres of the property .  Our Sangiovese was hand harvested on October 18, 2023 at 23 Brix. After fermentation, the wine was aged in recouped and neutral barrels for 13 months.  

Our Sangiovese is a perfect companion for pizza nights, hearty pastas, or grilled meats. It’s got  just enough tannins to keep things interesting, with medium body,  Whether you're hanging out with friends or enjoying a cozy dinner, Sangiovese brings warmth and a splash of Italian charm to the table.
