Indulge in the luxurious and rich flavors of our 2023 Cabernet Sauvignon... Coming soon! Our Cabernet Sauvignon is crafted with premium taste in mind, providing a surprising value that will delight your palate. 

Our 2023 Cabernet Sauvignon grapes were grown in Clarksburg, near the Sacramento River Delta.  The grapes were grown by the Heringer Family, who started growing grapes in the 1970s.  The Sacramento River Delta area is warm in the day and cool in the evenings due to breezes moving inland from the San Francisco Bay. The vineyards are “Certified Sustainable” under the LODI RULES Sustainability standards.  Our Cabernet Sauvignon was harvested September 29, 2023 at 23 Brix.  After fermentation, the wine was aged in recouped and neutral barrels for 13 months. 

Our Cabernet Sauvignon is rich, full-bodied, and perfect for pairing with a juicy steak, a hearty burger, or just a cozy night by the fire.
